Standard Terms, Conditions and General Information - August 29, 2025
1. All prices are in US dollars, and subject to change without notice.
2. All prices are FOB, GliderCG USA, Honolulu, Hawaii and include shipping costs via carrier/service of GliderCG USA's choice to all addresses within the USA.
3. Merchandise specified as Direct Ship will be shipped directly to the buyer from our European factory. If buyer's address is located within the USA, any import tariffs or fees will be borne by the buyer.
4. Shipping to addresses outside of the USA will be quoted upon request. Additional shipping costs, applicable taxes, tariffs, and/or fees will be borne by the buyer. Shipping cost will be prepaid and charged on invoice.
5. Unless otherwise requested, shipping will be by most cost-effective transportation carrier (usually USPS or UPS).
6. Payment terms are pre-pay before shipment. Personal check, major credit card, or PayPal payment is accepted online or at in-person sales at events.
7. Prices are subject to change. GliderCG USA reserves the right to make any correction to prices quoted online due to clerical errors.
8. All GliderCG products are warranted against defect in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from date of shipment from GliderCG USA. Warranty is limited to repair, replacement or money back (at GliderCG USA's sole discretion) of complete product or any part(s) which GliderCG USA's examination shows to be defective. All transportation costs to/from GliderCG USA are to be paid by the buyer after the first year of ownership.
9. Warranty is void if product has been modified, altered, damaged, misused or overloaded beyond the manufacturer-stated weight limits.
10. There are no warranties, obligations, liabilities for consequential damages, or other liabilities on the part of GliderCG or GliderCG USA except for the warranty covering repair of defective materials or workmanship. The warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded.
11. Products can only be returned with the prior approval of GliderCG USA. Credit will be granted upon receipt of as-new, re-sellable condition products, transportation prepaid. The credit amount will be the purchase price of the product(s), excluding shipping, less a restocking charge equal to 25% of the purchase price of the product(s).
